Country Villa Assisted Living to Build New Facility in Little Chute, WI
LITTLE CHUTE, WISCONSIN – Country Villa Assisted Living recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new Little Chute location.
Chad Reader and Mark Hartzheim, owners, are proud to announce that construction is underway at the Country Villa Assisted Living located at 1500-1600 W. Main Street in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The investment team has chosen Bayland Buildings, Inc. as general contractor to fulfill a need for elderly care in Little Chute and the surrounding communities.
Country Villa Assisted Living’s 30-unit facility will be specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care along with with a 3-story, a 57-unit residential care apartment complex, which will include underground parking. Amenities include private apartments with a private bathroom, individual heating and cooling controls, great homestyle cooking, and a large exterior courtyard. Support staff takes care of cleaning, laundry, and other housekeeping chores that grow more difficult with age. Construction completion expected in the spring of 2021.
