TITLETOWN OIL TO DEMO AND REBUILD STADIUM SHELL

GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN – Bayland Buildings Inc. is excited to announce construction is underway on Titletown Oils Stadium Shell Station and car wash.

Monday, April 20, 2020, will be the official demolition date for the Stadium Shell located at 1221 Lombardi Access Road, Green Bay, WI. This date not only signifies the tearing down and rebuilding of Dan Pamperin’s first convenience store; it’s also a day for personal celebration as he celebrates his 60th birthday.

Stadium Shell was the beginning of the Titletown Oil Corporation. The building was built in 1969 and was purchased by Dan Pamperin on August 15, 1985. The original building consisted of a 3-Bay auto garage, 300 sq. ft. food store. In 1991 the Card and Coin Corner was built. In 1998 the 3-bay auto garage was eliminated, and the convenience store expansion began adding Smash Hit Subs and Hot Stuff Pizza. The newly constructed convenience store will now contain 6,780 sq. ft. and will include Baskin Robbins. The newly built 1,250 sq. ft. Car Wash will be a touchless, single-bay wash. The Titletown Oil Corporation has kept their commitment to improving the communities they serve by supporting a wide range of organizations and causes, including one foundation that holds a special place in their hearts, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDFR).

About Titletown Oil

Dan Pamperin has the vision to look at a corner or a piece of property and know if a convenience store would be successful. With insight and hard work, station after station was branded with the Shell name. With the growing success of his convenience stores, Pamperin set out to create an oil company that could maintain profitable growth through the supply of Shell gasoline. Titletown Oil Corp. was established in August 1998. Today Titletown Oil Corp supplies 95 Shell and BP locations, representing over 100 million gallons annually. Of those 95 locations, Titletown Oil Corp. is a wholesaler and owner of over 20 Grand Central Station stores, which were franchised to distinguish the Titletown Oil Corp. name.
