This new construction is 12,000 square feet and was built for a corporate tenant to fit their corporate design specifications. The building is all masonry structure with a rubber roof. The project was delivered by Design-Build methods and met the client's four month completion deadline. Bayland also worked with the landlord in meeting Focus On Energy rebates.
