Bayland took an existing 51,000 sf, production space at Silver Star’s production and warehouse facility and converted it into a new corporate office. 16 new exterior windows were cut into the 2nd floor of the existing precast concrete structure. Silver Star was operating out of 2 separate locations in Oshkosh, with the completion of this project, all corporate, production, and warehouse employees are now all in one facility.
