ALGOMA – The Scenic Shore Inn is excited to announce the opening of their new Motel and Conference facility located at 2221 Lake Street (Hwy. 42), Algoma, Wis. In celebration of the expansion, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held Thursday, September 13, 2018.

Bayland Buildings, Inc. of Green Bay was the General Contractor on the expansion. The two-story motel featuring,  eight guestrooms, two kitchenettes, is a welcomed facility for the city of Algoma.  Enhanced tourism to the area has recently increased demand for hospitality facilities. The motel also features a conference area, gathering space, indoor swimming pool and sauna with a large outdoor deck overlooking a wildlife filled view. These added amenities are also available to the entire community for public use.

Locally owned and operated by Bob Davis, Laurie and Kristina Griffin, the Scenic Shore Inn provides a quiet, scenic small-town stay coupled with a convenient location that is just minutes from Door County and Green Bay. “We continuously strive to accommodate and exceed our guests expectations and know this type of space will do just that,” said Bob Davis. “This project not only benefits our guests but also our own community.”
