Congratulations to the team at Packer City & UP International Truck on their recent groundbreaking for a new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters addition in Green Bay, WI. Bayland Buildings is proud to be the Design/Build General Contractor for this expansion. The new construction will increase the existing footprint to 41,000 square feet, including a second floor for office space. The additions consist of 858 square feet for new first-floor parts space, 4,800 square feet for new second-floor office space, 2,800 square feet for a new shop bay area, and 6,500 square feet for expanding the existing shop floor. The construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2025!
