Congratulations to Alan and Justin Folkman and their families on the recent groundbreaking for the new 10,652 square foot Folkman Plaza coming to the Centennial Centre Business Park in Hobart, WI! Bayland Buildings is honored to be the Design/Build General Contractor for this new building, which will feature The Wash Shack, a state-of-the-art car wash tunnel. The plaza will include a coffee shop with a drive-thru and outdoor seating. Additionally, Folkman Plaza has two more retail spaces available for future tenants. Project completion is expected by late 2024!
