Marinette, WI - Governor Scott Walker attends Koehne Chevrolet Buick GMC Dealership groundbreaking
MARINETTE, WI - Today, Governor Scott Walker attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the Koehne Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership in Marinette, a project expected to create 20-30 new jobs upon completion.
"Each time a company breaks ground and expands their operation, there is reason to celebrate. It means another company found success in Wisconsin and wants to create jobs by investing in our state," Governor Walker said. "I'm pleased to join the Koehne family to celebrate and recognize their hard work and dedication to Northeastern Wisconsin."
The new, 24,000 square foot dealership will be twice the size of the current Marinette facility, and includes an expanded showroom to improve customer experience and an all-weather drive-in service center. The project is expected to be complete during the spring of 2015.
