Bayland Buildings was selected to construct a 125,000 SF Warehouse building to be utilized for paper product distribution. Shortly after completing the construction of the new warehouse, Bayland was asked to complete a 55,750 SF addition. Construction on the addition was completed in late August of 2021.

  • 8 loading docks, 2 angle loading docks

  • 2,700 SF office area with mezzanine
