FedEx Grounds

FedEx chose Bayland to construct a new distribution center located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The facility replaced a smaller center on Green Bay's east side. FedEx Ground will be leasing the new building from Packers FXG, LLC.

Project Features:

  • 94,638 SF new construction distribution

  • 4,464 SF general office

  • 49 overhead doors and loading docks

  • Set up for state-of-the-art conveyer distribution system
