Bayland constructed one of two wash bays, then demolished the existing car wash to add the second wash bay at the location of the old wash. When the car wash was completed, Bayland then began construction on the new, larger convenience store over the top of the existing structure. The convenience store continued to be open and operational during all phases. Once the new store area was finished, demolition of the existing building occured from within.
