This project was a 30,000 square foot renovation and addition of the existing Chevrolet dealership. The Bayland team renovated the interior and exterior of the dealership to meet new GM brand standards. The project also included designing and constructing a new Pre-Owned sales and support area.
From start to finish, Broadway was able to continue daily business operations throughout the entire project. By utilizing energy efficient windows, cost savings were attained by reducing the size of the HVAC system and in lighting operation costs, which means a quicker return on investment.
