Packer City & UP International Truck Announces New Project in Green Bay

Bayland is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as the Design/Build General Contractor for a new project at Packer City & UP International Truck in Green Bay, WI! This project encompasses a total of 15,014 square feet, which includes a remodel of 858 square feet of first-floor parts space, 4,796 square feet of second-floor office space, 2,800 square feet of new shop bay area, and a 6,560 square feet expansion of the existing shop floor. Construction is estimated to be completed in Spring 2025.
