Kinnard Farms will be moving into their new Maintenance Shop and Service Center soon! Every inch of this building was meticulously thought out before construction began on this beautiful facility.
The 25,704 sq ft building includes a general maintenance area, fabrication shop, wash bay, and storage area. Large overhead doors and 25’ ceiling heights allow for large equipment to easily enter the facility for year-round maintenance. Overhead doors are on the back side of the facility to allow direct drive-through. The shop and wash bay each have an in-ground service pit which allows for easy under equipment access. Additionally, the shop includes a hydraulic system in the pit, ventilation system, and a mezzanine for storage. The office area consists of 3 offices, breakroom, locker room, restrooms, and utility room.
