Strip Mall Coming to De Pere
Bayland is excited to have been chosen as the Design/Build General Contractor to bring a new 8,400 SF wood-framed strip mall facility to the community of Bellevue. The new retail build will include four interior tenant spaces available for lease. The home for this build will be located at 3111 Monroe Rd, De Pere, WI. Construction is underway, and the project is estimated to be completed in early Spring 2024.
