Country Villa Assisted Living to Build New Facility
OMRO, WISCONSIN – Country Villa Assisted Living recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new Omro location.
Chad Reader and Mark Hartzheim, owners, are proud to announce that construction is underway at the Country Villa Assisted Living located at 1900 Huckleberry Avenue in Omro, Wisconsin. The investment team has chosen Bayland Buildings, Inc. as general contractor to fulfill a need for elderly care in Omro and the surrounding communities.
Country Villa Assisted Living’s 22-unit facility will be specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Amenities include: private apartments with a private bathroom, individual heating and cooling controls, great homestyle cooking and a large exterior courtyard. Support staff takes care of cleaning, laundry and other housekeeping chores that grow more difficult with age. Construction completion is expected the spring of 2018.
