Manitowoc, WI - Maritime Gardens Assisted Living is opening on May 5, 2014
MANITOWOC, WI - Jerry and Karen Vandermause, owners, are proud to announce that Maritime Gardens Community Based Residential Facility, located at 1945 Dewey St., in Manitowoc, WI, is opening their doors May 5, 2014. Bayland Buildings, Inc., located in Green Bay, WI., was the general contractor of new state of the art facility.
Maritime Gardens, a family-owned facility, will consist of 24 units servicing up to 26 residents, a qualified staff including a full time R.N. providing independence, health and security services while supporting seniors who need assistance with daily tasks. The facility will be classified as a CNA and will assist those with Alzheimer's, dementia, advanced age and the terminally ill.
