Suburban Asphalt facility groundbreaking
NEW BERLIN, WI – Suburban Asphalt and Bayland Buildings, Inc. are excited to announce the official groundbreaking of a new shop facility located at 18900 W Lincoln Ave., New Berlin, Wisconsin. Bayland Buildings, Inc. of Green Bay was selected as the general contractor for the new facility.
Suburban Asphalt is a family owned and operated paving company founded in 1965 by brothers Terry (Sr.) and Roger Buss. Terry and Roger have since retired and Terry Buss (Jr.) has assumed ownership. Suburban Asphalt currently provides asphalt services to almost all of Southeastern Wisconsin. The new facility will include an office/reception area, a parts storage area, a shop area and, wash bay.

The estimated completion of construction is September of 2019.
