Diesel Barbershop Held Grand Opening
OAK CREEK, WI – Diesel Barbershop recently celebrated the Grand Opening of their new Oak Creek, Wisconsin location. Wednesday, November 13, 2019, friends and family gathered as the ribbon was officially cut at 120 W. Town Square Way, Oak Creek WI 53154, Diesel Barbershop’s new location.
The unique haircut and grooming service provider opened in Oak Creek earlier this fall near Drexel Town Square at the corner of Drexel and Howard Avenues. Bayland Buildings, Inc. was the general contractor of the expansion.
Founded in San Antonio in 2011, Diesel’s features are different from industry norms. Known as an “edgy man-cave for haircuts,” locations can be described as part barbershop, part salon, part old-school record store, and part arcade. Features include retro video-games, record-store worthy music on rotation, locally crafted soda and large televisions at every barber’s station. Diesel’s customers can receive a high-quality haircut, hot towel shave service, and a neck and shoulder massage in a high-energy atmosphere that will provide a one-of-a-kind barbershop visit.

The hair care industry has seen consistent growth, with barbershops being the fastest-growing segment of the industry. The original Diesel Barbershop provided an updated version of the corner barbershop and has seen successful growth across the country since offering franchise opportunities in 2018. More than 125 licenses have been sold due to the high demand for their services – in an industry that generally provides typical salon options.
