GREEN BAY, WI - Bayland Buildings Inc., located at the intersection of W. Mason St. and Bay Ridge Ct., recently put the finishing touches on a 9,690 square foot, 3-story office addition.  On Tuesday, November 25th a 25-foot spire was placed atop the completed addition. "This project reflects the progress we've made over the last 23 years and is a result of our commitment to our customers, employees and total quality management," said Steve Ambrosius, Bayland Building's President. Their existing facility consists of approximately 16,000 square feet of office and 10,000 square feet of shop space.  This project also incorporates façade alterations to the existing 2-story office space and alterations to the office entrance exterior concourse and stairs. "We are excited to see the last phase of the project come to a close," said Abe Farley, Bayland Building's COO. "We feel like the spire is a symbol of our growth and staying power within the industry." Further accentuating the office entrance is a new illuminated monument sign, patterned after the company logo.

"The expansion would not have been possible without the diligent efforts of our team and the many customers that have chosen Bayland Buildings to reach their own growth objectives," said Farley.
