Cherry Optical Addition and Remodel
GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN – Bayland Buildings Inc. was selected as the design-build general contractor for a 26,900 sq. ft. addition and remodel.
Cherry Optical Lab is a family-owned independent wholesale optical laboratory looking to expand their production area. To meet this demand, 6,500 sq. ft. of new space will be built along with remodeling existing storage areas and offices. Their current production area consisted of three separate buildings. The latest addition will tie the three buildings together, making for one cohesive building totaling 32,900 sq. ft. The completion date is scheduled for August 2020.
