Cedar Grove Warehouse Announces New Build in TN
Bayland is excited to be working on a new project for Cedar Grove Warehouse in Manchester, TN! This project will be a new 150,000 SF pre-engineered warehouse, including (9) truck dock pits and (5) railroad docks. The new warehouse will be built around an existing railroad spur to make full utilization of getting products into and out of the warehouse. The expansion is expected to be completed by the Fall of 2023!
