NEW ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE DEVELOPMENT  COMING TO BELLEVUE COMMUNITY

Galahad Development, Hempel Real Estate, and Great Lakes Management (GLM) has officially started construction of a new 72-unit assisted living and memory care community at 1780 Servant Way in Bellevue, WI.

Galahad Development and Hempel Real Estate developed the project and GLM will operate and manage the community when it is complete in Q4 2022.

“We believe our success is determined by our ability to serve our residents,” said Lucas Larson, President of Galahad Development. “Our partner GLM has a reputation of hiring and retaining great employees, which will allow us to do that.”

The community will focus on providing excellent care for its residents and being an outstanding place for employees to work. The building will include amenity spaces such as dining rooms, a club room, salon, library, activities spaces, and outdoor recreation spaces. In addition to great care and a comfortable environment, the community will also provide nutritious and delicious meals, activities, transportation, and housekeeping to all residents, all of this at an approachable price point.

“Our aim is to build on our tradition of treating our residents and staff with respect and dignity,” said Adam Pagh, Executive Vice president of GLM. “We look forward to embedding ourselves in the Bellevue, Green Bay, and broader northeast Wisconsin area.”

The partnership is projecting to develop 3 new assisted living communities per year across Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Bayland Buildings Inc. is excited to announce our partnership in the project as selected General Contractor of the Bellevue facility. For over 30 years Bayland Buildings has been contributing to better communities by providing our clients value and working with developers to bring needed facilities to the greater Northeast Wisconsin region.

“We look forward to delivering a quality project for Galahad Development, Hempel Real Estate, and GLM next year,” said Chad Calmes, CEO of Bayland Buildings. “Building strong partnerships is the backbone of our operation, and we are grateful for the opportunity to partner on this project, and the opportunity to earn future business with this new client going forward.”
