Bayland Buildings, Inc. Exceeds $100 Million in Sales

Bayland Buildings Inc., one of Wisconsin’s leading construction firms, announces exceeding $100 million in sales, as of December 2017.  The achievement marks a new milestone in their 26-year history and a 12% increase over 2016 sales with 70% of those sales from repeat clients. “Bayland has never hit this level of sales in our history and it is a testament to our dedicated employee/owners!  Everyone is committed to common goals of building quality buildings that are cost efficient and delivering on schedule!” said CEO Abe Farley.  “That’s why so much of our business is repeat customers”

It was the foresight of Bayland Buildings, Inc. founder and Chairmen of the Board Steve Ambrosius to continually re-invest in the people and the business. Ambrosius looked for ways to grow the business through the years by diversifying services to include architectural & structural design, steel fabrication & manufacturing, excavation and land development including financial investment, and facility assessment services.  Culminating by selling the company to the employees in 2016 through a stock ownership program.

In an effort to continue this unprecedented growth Bayland has realigned the leadership team to strategically focus on efficiency, quality, value, client experience and employee career development. Bayland is excited to announce and congratulate the following notable changes that will be in effect as of January 2018;
