AmericInn Lodge & Suites was built in 2009. Bayland kept a tight winter schedule to meet the customer's goal of being open by Memorial Day weekend. The building was constructed with pre-cast concrete and masonry blocks. Bayland's engineering and design team worked to create a facility that was both within AmericInn corporate specifications and also met local and state requirements.
